Trinity River / Sacramento River fishing Report. October 13th 2026

it’s October 13th, time to switch gears and think about steelhead fishing!! We have cool mornings with lots of king salmon digging beds in the gravel. It’s going to be a good fall and winter here in Northern California!!

The Trinity River will fish great through February, same goes for the Sacramento River. Both good choices, now is the time to book your trip in advance as my calendar is pretty well filling up through February.
